Privacy Policy

What we collect

WenExit collects only what's needed to operate the service. Specifically:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or request a company be tracked. Used only to notify you when the service launches or when your requested company is live.
• Company name — if you provide one when signing up, so we can prioritize which companies to add to our index.
• Basic usage data — standard web server logs (page views, referrer, browser type, IP address). We do not currently run third-party analytics.

We do not collect payment information, identity documents, or any data from your employer or brokerage account.

How we use it

• To send you a confirmation email when you join the waitlist (one email).
• To notify you when WenExit launches or when a company you requested is tracked.
• To prioritize which companies to add to our index based on demand.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product.

We will never send you unsolicited marketing beyond launch and company availability notifications. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of that email.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• We do not serve advertising or let advertisers target you based on your data.
• We do not share your email or company name with the companies you're tracking.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database infrastructure, hosted in the United States. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering the confirmation. Resend's privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies

WenExit does not currently use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use a session cookie for functional purposes (e.g. preventing duplicate form submissions). No consent banner is required because we don't set non-essential cookies.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data." We will remove your email and associated information within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
