About WenExit
WenExit ("we," "us," "the service") is an exit signal intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available information to produce exit likelihood scores for private companies. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Not financial or legal advice
WenExit is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or legal counsel. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or legal advice of any kind.
Exit scores and timeline estimates are statistical models based on publicly observable signals. They are not predictions. A high score does not guarantee an exit will occur. A low score does not mean an exit is impossible. Do not make employment, financial, or legal decisions based solely on information from WenExit.
If you hold equity in a private company and need guidance on its value or your options, consult a qualified financial advisor or attorney.
Accuracy of information
All information on WenExit is derived from public sources including news articles, SEC filings, job postings, and GitHub activity. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but we cannot guarantee that scores, signals, or company data are correct, complete, or current.
Company information changes rapidly. A signal detected today may be outdated tomorrow. Treat all scores as directional estimates, not authoritative facts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from WenExit without written permission.
- Use the service to engage in insider trading or market manipulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology for competitive purposes.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The WenExit name, logo, scoring methodology, and original written content are owned by WenExit. Underlying data sourced from third parties (SEC EDGAR, news outlets, GitHub, job boards) remains the property of its respective owners. WenExit does not claim ownership over publicly sourced data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WenExit and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this service, including but not limited to financial losses, employment decisions, or equity outcomes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Third-party services
WenExit links to and sources information from third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties.
Changes to these terms
